Christmas 2016 opening hours

A quick update on our opening hours over Christmas and the new year: our phone lines will be open as normal until 6pm on Friday 23 December, and closed for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, reopening again on Tuesday 27 December.
