We are committed to making managing your loan as inclusive and accessible as possible. InterpretersLive! is a safe and secure video interpreting service that allows our BSL using customers to contact us through NRCPD British Sign Language Interpreters.

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

How to get in touch

There are two ways to get in touch with us using InterpretersLive!

  • Via a link on your computer
  • Through the InterpretersLive! app on your mobile device.

After choosing either option, and before your call is connected to us, you will be given the option to select the RateSetter team from the directory.

You will need a computer or tablet with internet connection, or mobile device with 3G/4G/5G mobile data signal to use InterpretersLive! You will also need to allow access to your camera and mic.

Using InterpretersLive! on your computer

  • Click on the Connect to a BSL Interpreter logo on our Need some help? page.
  • Look for the ‘Directory’ button on the InterpretersLive! homepage, and select or search for ‘RateSetter' from the list of organisations.

Using InterpretersLive! on your mobile device through the app

  • Download InterpretersLive! to your device
    Google Play store

  • From the homepage, look for the ‘Directory’ button and select or search for ‘RateSetter’ from the list of organisations
  • Once connected, flip your mobile view to landscape mode

InterpretersLive! is free for you to make a Video Relay Service (VRS) call to RateSetter.  InterpretersLive! is also free to use when you visit the select organisations, trusts, councils and stores featured on the InterpretersLive! website.

Yes, you can pre-book NRCPD qualified British Sign Language Interpreters and other types of communication support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Visit the InterpretersLive! app to access the pre-book in advance or on demand services.

Yes, as an ISO27001 and Cyber essentials accredited provider, InterpretersLive! use a secure and encrypted platform to deliver the video interpreting service, via their app or WebRtc links.

Yes, if we need to get in touch with you, we will agree a time to contact you. You will be sent a notification via email for you to connect to the call. If you miss the call, just call us back when you are available.
